At the VANE Holdings Plc Extraordinary General Meeting today, the resolution to change the Company's name to "VANE Minerals Plc" was passed. The Board believes that it is important that the name of the Company more accurately reflects the business areas within which it operates. It is also acknowledged that within the market the Company is already sometimes referred to as "VANE Minerals".
